This week I lost 3 pounds. I am still not working out. That means I am down to 176 with a whopping loss of 7 pounds so far.
In other news I am back on the online dating wagon, so then maybe I'll have some motivation to start working out. Feeling some, but not enough to get me out of bed this morning. But possibly could send me into a feeding frenzy. Gonna have to be careful...
Also, we are just over one month into the competition....time to self evaluate and kick it up a notch, ladies!

Sending the crusty look your way. Down three pounds w/o exercise meanwhile I'm up 2 WITH exercise?! There is no justice.
Ladies, it helps that I have absolutely zero appetite, which is probably due to tons of stress. Also, I'm not nursing a baby right now.
Fun fact: when you have no appetite for a while your stomach shrinks and you have a smaller appetite when it decides to return.
I am no longer able to eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, I get nauseas before I finish. Same with every meal. I'm leaving a ton behind even with taking smaller portions. (totally sure i just spelled nauseas wrong but feel too lazy to look up how it should be spelled).
