I hate to bring this up, but our little contest technically ended almost a week ago. I realize everyone is hoping I had forgotten, but I haven't. Soooo, time to pay the piper people. Post your ending weight with you percentage lost in the comments and then we shall declare a winner to whom we shall send the $5 a piece and the coveted squirt bottle.

Okay, my starting weight was 183, ending weight is 174, which is a loss of 9 pounds, and a body weight percentage of 4.9% which is really pretty sucky over a three month period. I'm up for double or nothing if you guys are. $10 a piece and we start over with weight loss. What do you think?
YEAH...I am up for a double or nothing.
Despite workout efforts, I have lost 0 lbs. Shocking.
