Day Two, check

I did it again!  This morning I went to the gym and participated in a step class.  I really like this class and Tina, the instructor.  She was in fine form today.  I sweat hard and kept my heart rate up for most of the hour.  After step, I climbed on the treadmill for a half an hour.  I did day one of the Couch to 5K program.  It isn't a particularly difficult workout but still burned another 200 calories.
I am pretty sore today and sleepy.  Always sleepy.  But still I feel good.  I've also been careful about what I eat.  I am salivating for something rich and sweet but I've brushed my teeth and I'll be going to bed soon.   Another good day for being more healthy!
